PRACTICE
THE CURATORIAL
Andrew collaborates with visual and performing artists on exhibitions, books, performances and experiments that sit in between. He consults for institutions, and works with creatives and brands on art advisory and communication, creative direction, and cultural strategy and vision.
Since 2022, Andrew is a visiting design tutor for students of the Masters in Architecture at the University of Malta. His research investigates politics, trauma, architecture, nostalgia and their intersection.
studio
Andrew works on spatial interventions for theatre, opera, fashion, exhibitions and interior architecture. He produces bespoke furniture and product design; and is the co-founder of bloc, a creative collective he set up with Nick Theuma and Mike Zerafa in 2016.
Andrew’s curatorial practice is influenced by his understanding of space, using design as a method to convey theoretical and conceptual explorations with his collaborators.
